Which version of the Bible is the most accurate/pure?

Should I search for a Bible in Hebrew and try to translate by pseudo "AI" focusing on precision and accuracy?
I want to dive and make my first full read and if possible...pass it through my eyeballs it in a pure form without "much" manipulation?

As I can understand, if it is known that the roman took over that religion instead of the pagan to impose it over "barbarians" one and if we assume that they are interested in "infecting" everything with a "slave flavour" version of the original, every version from them should be rejected?
